The bicycle is gaining more and more fans nowadays and it has a major part of our daily lives. In addition to exercise, it saves you money and it can perhaps replace your car entirely. That’s why we’ve created a simple but comprehensive Bike insurance plan to protect you as a proud cyclist.

Basic Coverage
The basic coverage of the Insurance Policy includes:

• Payment of the following benefits/expenses in case of injury to the insured, in an accident while using a bicycle:
  • Death.
  • Permanent Total Disability.
  • Medical Expenses.
  • Liability of the insured cyclist arising in relation to the use of the bicycle.
  • Theft of the bicycle from breaking into the residence, garage or storage of the insured’s residence or breaking into the vehicle owned by the insured or the members of his family who permanently reside with him.
  • Accidental damage to the bicycle resulting from the use or transportation of the bicycle by a vehicle belonging to the insured.

Exceptions:
The Insurance is subject to exclusions, some of which are:

• War risks.
• Terrorist acts.
• Nuclear radiation, environmental pollution.
• Participating in races, demonstrations, or riding the insured bicycle in a dangerous manner.
• When the insured bicycle is used for commercial purposes.
• Theft or damage as a result of abandoning the insured bicycle.
• Theft of the parts unless the bike is stolen at the same time.
• Tire damage, unless there is damage to the insured bike.
• Damage that does not affect the functioning of the insured bicycle (e.g. scratches, rust, etc.).
