Exceptions:
The Policy is subject to exclusions, some of which are:
- War risks.
- Damage to Property during loading or unloading or transportation with the motor vehicle.
- Any passenger unlawfully carried in or on the motor vehicle.
- Driving under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and/or medication.
- Using the insured motor vehicle as a tool.
- Consequential damage.
